Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use yeafindings.living and the services offered through it by Yeafindings Pest Control. When you use the site, reach out through it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Yeafindings Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, schedules, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about when a provider is available to come, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Get it in writing before work starts.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice. It is also not advice on whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use this site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@yeafindings.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The words and design on this site belong to Yeafindings Pest Control or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law lets us limit our liability, and we do so to the fullest extent it allows. Yeafindings Pest Control is not responsible for loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's work or products, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranty of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
