How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you reach out, you speak with an independent provider in our network. It is a local business. It is not Yeafindings Pest Control.
We do not have staff who visit your home. The provider you are matched with handles the questions, the visit and the work.
What Happens on the Call
The call is short and simple. Expect to share:
- What pest or animal you see.
- Where you see it, such as the kitchen, attic or basement.
- How long it has been going on.
- Your general location.
Have a few notes ready before you talk. Photos of droppings, chewed wood, nests or the insects themselves can help a provider understand the job before anyone visits.
The provider may ask a few more questions. Then they will explain the next step. That is often a visit to look at the problem. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions save money and stress:
- Do you serve my address?
- What exactly will you treat or remove?
- How many visits will it take?
- What is the total price, in writing?
- Is there a follow-up if the pests return?
- What licenses does your work require, and do you hold them?
- Will you help seal the entry points?
Costs vary by job. A written quote should list the work, the visits and the total. Quote before work.
You Are in Control
A call does not lock you in. You can ask questions. You can compare quotes. You can say no. There is no obligation.
If a provider pushes you to sign on the spot, slow down. A fair provider will let you read the quote first.
Why It Pays to Ask
Pests can harm a home over time. Termites weaken wood. Rodents chew wires. Doing the work right helps protect the house and its resale value.
